If you are an NDIS Participant requiring Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Secure Housing Australia has proven designs and houses built to enrich the lives of thousands. Our focus is on creating houses for the 28,000 people needing SDA. Maybe that’s you, a family member or someone you care for each day.
SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) is an NDIS introduced funding stream to build new, accessible and affordable housing for Australian’s living with disability.
Our focus is to provide effective solutions and assist SDA Participants to find modern purpose-built quality homes designed and built for their needs. Our approach makes a difference and changes lives for the better.
Each level of SDA has it’s own level of requirements, which we fuse together with modern designs to create your Forever Home, which will be registered with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

I’ve been meaning to get in touch for some time to let you know Paul loves his new home. He is often smiling when I visit and also the staff say that he wakes up in the morning and walks into the kitchen smiling !
I visited today with all three guys at the home, and everyone seems very happy and settled. I love visiting Paul at this house.
Interchange staff have been wonderful, and it is hard to believe how much has been done in 2 weeks (tomorrow).
We appreciate our family members being able to live in such a warm and beautiful house.
